Destination - Zadar

Dalmatia is a sun-kissed region with warm sea, olives, wine, fish, and picturesque towns and villages.  In other words, it provides a pure, unadulterated flavour of the Mediterranean. The region stretches from the island of Rab to southern Croatia and is renowned for its clear waters, beautiful beaches, and historical tourist attractions.

The port city of Zadar is the traditional urban centre of northern Dalmatia, and the old town is located on a peninsula surrounded by an ancient Venetian wall.

Zadar is considered the jewel in the crown of Croatian culture and history. In addition to its cultural and historical heritage, it is an ideal starting point for excursions to the area’s natural treasures and national parks, and to the surrounding Kornati islands.

The Kornati archipelago is a unique labyrinth consisting of hundreds of islands, reefs and straits, with crystal clear waters making it a paradise for sailors and divers. More than half of the 157 islands have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site because of their beauty and striking coastline.
